About
We have a great Volleyball programme at MBC.
Social Volleyball is played on a Tuesday lunchtime in the MBC Gym.
Senior teams play in Term 1 ,2 and Juniors play in Term 4.
All teams compete at the TSS Volleyball Championships.
We take our senior GOLD Team to SISS Mainlands Championships in Christchurch in term 1.
We also take the premier side to the National tournament in Palmerston North at the end of term 1.
We take 2 junior teams to the south island secondary schools (a year 9 team and a year 10 team) in term 4, this year it is in Nelson, but moves around Dunedin, Christchurch and Invercargill also.
It is one of the fastest growing sports in New Zealand and is thriving at MBC.

Uniform
MBC provides the playing kit when representing the school.

NZSS Volleyball Championships - 28th March - 1st April 2022 - Palmerston North. CANCELLED
