About
After several seasons of COVID disruptions, the MBC Sailing Team had a successful return to competitive sailing in the 2022/23 season.
The accomplishments at both the Regional and National Team Sailing Regattas showcase the team's resilience and skill.
The team would like to thank everyone who has made this season the success it was. Not only our amazing Coach Kate Overend and awesome parents but also our financial supporters, Pub Charities, KAM Transport, Gascoigne Wicks, Liquidaction, Ormond Nurseries, Indevin, Harcourts, Marlborough Medical Imaging, Lloyd Bush Upholstery and Raddich Law. The team is grateful for the strong community support they have received.
As the team eagerly looks forward to the 2023/24 season, it's clear they are motivated to build on the success of the previous season. With the experience gained and the strong community backing, the MBC Sailing Team is looking forward to continued achievements in the upcoming season.
Uniform
The uniform is provided by the College.
Important Dates
The Top of the South Regional Secondary Schools Teams Racing Regatta will be held in Nelson from 14 to 16 March 2024
National Secondary Schools Teams Racing Regatta will be held in New Plymouth from 21 to 26 April 2024.
