Cricket has a strong history here at MBC.
At present we have three teams that represent the school, (First XI - Miss Helen McIntosh, Year 9/10 - Mr Clark and Mr Thornley, we also have fixtures for Second XI on occasion).
We currently have 4 students in the Marlborough Senior Mens Representative squad and many of our players are playing for the Marlborough representative teams in their respective age groups.
We have many old boys who have gone on to represent Central Districts and a select few who have gone onto international honors.
Uniform
All playing uniform will be provided by the school. It is suggested that players purchase the MBC Sports warm up top from the uniform shop.
After 7 games for the First XI, players baggy cap will be presented as a gift to show our appreciation for their efforts.
